New: The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) now meets each fall to approve tuition and fees for the upcoming academic year. All academic fee proposals—including new fees, fee changes that exceed ABOR-approved growth rates, and fee changes within approved growth rates—are subject to review through this process.
